Terms and Conditions

Subject to the 234 terms and conditions set forth in this Return Policy, Pham Gia Nguyen guarantees the rights of customers by allowing exchange/return of goods within 7 days (From the date the customer receives the product).

Return Terms

Pham Gia Nguyen accepts requests for exchange/return and refund in the following cases:

The buyer paid but did not receive the product;
Product is defective or damaged during shipping;
The seller delivers the wrong product to the Buyer (eg: wrong size, wrong color, etc.);
The product the Buyer receives is materially different from the information provided by the Seller in the product description;

Customer rights

Customers need to send feedback according to Pham Gia Nguyen’s instructions within the specified time of 7 days (from the date the customer receives the product). After that time, if Pham Gia Nguyen does not receive any feedback from the customer, we will understand that the customer has no complaints about the product.

Condition of returned goods

To limit problems arising from returns, customers should note that they must return the product including VAT invoice, warranty stamps, etc. if available and the product must be in the same condition as when received. Pham Gia Nguyen encourages Buyers to take photos of the product as soon as they receive it as evidence for comparison/complaints later if necessary.

Return shipping costs

Products with manufacturing defects: all return shipping costs are paid by Pham Gia Nguyen.
Other reason: all shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Refunds for Returned Goods

Pham Gia Nguyen will only refund the Buyer when Pham Gia Nguyen confirms receipt of the Returned Goods.
Note: For COD orders, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to provide bank account information to receive refund.
