SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping Policy for Online Orders

  • Orders within Ho Chi Minh City:
    • Delivery time is 1-2 days after the order is placed.
    • Orders placed before 11:30 AM will be delivered in the afternoon of the same day.
    • Orders placed after 11:30 AM will be delivered in the evening or the following morning.
  • Orders from other provinces and cities:
    • Delivery time is 2-3 days for the central areas of provinces or cities, and 3-7 days for suburban areas, districts, communes, and towns.
    • (Excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays)
    • The processing time for an order will begin once we receive your full payment.
    • Your order will be delivered a maximum of two times. If the first delivery attempt fails, our staff will contact you to arrange a second delivery schedule. If we are unable to reach you or do not receive any response, the order will no longer be valid.
    • When the goods are delivered to you, please sign to confirm receipt with the delivery staff and check the quantity and type of the items delivered to ensure they are correct. Please keep the shipping receipt and purchase invoice for future reference.

2. Shipping Policy for In-Store Purchases

The fixed shipping fee is 30,000 VND, applicable to all areas.

3. Order Receiving and Delivery Process

  • When receiving goods, customers should pay attention to the following:
    • Open the package and compare the items with the invoice.
    • Check if the actual products match the ones the customer ordered.
    • Inspect the packaging and products for any damage caused during shipping.
    • If dissatisfied with any of the three points above, the customer can request the delivery staff to confirm and return the goods.
