  2. Pregnant women, children under 6 years old, elderly people, people with disabilities, and emergency cases are given priority.

  5. Staff assist patients in providing their Citizen Identity Card and health insurance card, if applicable, to open a medical record.
  6. Staff guide patients to the waiting area, restrooms, cashier counter, ultrasound area, laboratory area, and elevator, where applicable.
  7. Staff explain how to monitor the queue number and provide the estimated waiting time.
  8. If the estimated waiting time is more than 20 minutes, staff inform the patient, invite them to wait in the designated area, and provide additional assistance.
