MATERIALS

\n– Tomatoes: 50g
\n– Dried shrimp: 50g
\n– Cowpea: 80g
\n– Chili: 10g
\n– Carrots: 80g
\n– Garlic: 20g
\n– Roasted peanuts: 20g
\n– Lemon: 1 fruit
\n– Green sapodilla: 5g
\n– Palm sugar: 40g
\n– Fish sauce: 20g
\n– Lemon juice: 20g<\/p>\n

RECIPE
\n– Dried shrimp washed, soaked in water mixed with alcohol and ginger to deodorize.
\n– Shredded papaya and carrot, soak in ice for 10 minutes to make it more crispy.
