{"id":61274,"date":"2024-01-23T15:38:41","date_gmt":"2024-01-23T08:38:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/mmvietnam.digityze.asia\/?post_type=awsm_job_openings&#038;p=61274"},"modified":"2024-01-23T15:38:41","modified_gmt":"2024-01-23T08:38:41","slug":"senior-trade-plan-manager-2","status":"publish","type":"awsm_job_openings","link":"https:\/\/client.digityze.asia\/mmvietnam\/en\/jobs\/senior-trade-plan-manager-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Senior Trade Plan Manager"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Develop and implement Strategies to strengthen the Company\u2019s market presence and help it find a \u201cvoice\u201d that will make a difference through Trade Promotion.<\/p>\n<p><strong>ROLES:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Plan for Full Year Trade Plan activities and organize them efficiently<\/li>\n<li>Conduct the Research\/ Survey to confirm the Price Image Competitiveness for both B2B and B2C<\/li>\n<li>Promotion Display Management (Battle Plan)<\/li>\n<li>Promotion Management<\/li>\n<li>Trade Plan Communication to other Departments<\/li>\n<li>Trade Promotion Register follow the Government Trade Law<\/li>\n<li>Supervise the Department and provide guidance and feedback to other Marketing team<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>KEY RESULT AREAS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Trade promotion:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop and execute effective trade promotion plans to store.<\/li>\n<li>Be commercial and practical thinking and be the link between Offer and Operations and Marketing<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Pricing Image:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ensure Pricing Index following company strategy and implement according to plan<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in market information and competitor promotion<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>\u00a0PEOPLE SPECIFICATION<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>University Degree, preferably in Economics, Business Management with specialization in Trade Marketing Management or related subjects<\/li>\n<li>At\u00a0least\u00a010 years\u2019 experience wholesale, retail or FMCG organizations<\/li>\n<li>Expertise in Marketing<\/li>\n<li>Excellent Leadership and Organizing Skill<\/li>\n<li>Analytical and commercial thinking<\/li>\n<li>Fluent in English and Vietnamese (both written and spoken)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Develop and implement Strategies to strengthen the Company\u2019s market presence and help it find a \u201cvoice\u201d that will make a difference through Trade Promotion.
