Job Description:
- 40% Check for unmatching invoices and contact the OM team to adjust prices (if MM’s price is incorrect)
- 40% Check the reason for unmatching invoices and contact the supplier to issue a corrected invoice (if the supplier’s price is incorrect)
- 20% Check the reason for unmatching invoices and contact the supplier’s team to adjust the address (if the address is incorrect)
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or other related fields (Priority given to 3rd and 4th-year students)
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
- Good at Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
